Banana Bread Muffin Tops
Today, I made a Pinterest recipe, Banana Bread Muffins. Except, I added walnuts and I didn't have access to my muffin pan . So, I made muffin tops by pouring them out on a cookie sheet like, well...cookies. They turned out really delicate, moist and just sweet enough to satisfy my sweet tooth after dinner. I also made a small loaf to freeze for another day. I would like to see how these turn out in muffin form some time soon. These will be really good in the morning with a serving of yogurt and some fresh fruit.

Day 1 of Picture a Day
Here is a sunset that I watched from my car as I was driving on I-75 a few days back. It was a highly emotional day, my Great Aunt had just passed and I had just been to her burial. Such a beautiful sunset to remember her by.
